What we collect
- Tutors: name, contact details, qualifications, teaching preferences and the documents you upload for verification.
- Students and parents: the name and mobile number you give when sending an enquiry.
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser) for security and abuse prevention.
How contact details are used
A tutor's phone number is never displayed publicly. It is released to a student only after that student submits an enquiry and confirms their own mobile number by OTP. Enquiry contact details are shared only with the tutor the enquiry was sent to.
Unclaimed listings
Some profiles are compiled from publicly available directory listings and are marked unverified. They never display a phone number. If a listing is about you, you can claim it or ask us to remove it using the links on the profile.
Documents
Verification documents are stored outside the public web folder and are visible only to our verification team.
